General production minimum is 1,000 pieces per style / 5,000 pieces per order. Pricing depends on the style, fabrication, shipping destination and order quantities. Usually cost quotes will be ready after the samples or prototypes are being made. We can also do embroideries, screen printing or heat transfer as well. | |||||||||||||||||||

What is the production turn-around time? | ||||||||||||||||||||

Generally 30 to 60 days upon order confirmation, sample approval and payment deposit. If the fabrics or materials are not readily available in the open market and need to be custom made per designs, longer leadtime is needed. | |||||||||||||||||||||

How long does it take to make samples? | |||||||||||||||||||||

Usually samples will be ready in 14 to 21 days upon receipt of product specification. | |||||||||||||||||||||

How much does it cost to prepare samples? | |||||||||||||||||||||
|
If fabrics / materials are readily available in the open market, one to two pieces samples are usually made free of charge. Yet, customers are required for paying for the sample shipping cost. If you request various styles and volume samples made, samples are charged at product unit cost plus sample shipping cost. If you'd like to develop your own fabric, fabric setup costs are required and the costs depend on the numbers of colors in the design and the fabrication selected. | |||||||||||||||||||||

How do I start having my samples made? | |||||||||||||||||||||

You'll need to provide us your product specifications; for instance, the artwork, measurements, colors, fabrication that you'd like to use. | |||||||||||||||||||||

What sort of quality control do you use? | |||||||||||||||||||||
|
We use the military inspection standard, AQL 1.5-4.0 for general merchandise. If customers need to use a different standard, just let us know and we can adjust the standard accordingly. | |||||||||||||||||||||
